Job description

A state-of-the-art entertainment lounge in the heart of London is looking to hire their first Marketing Manager! They host private movie nights, live sports, events, console and PC gaming, drinks and dining. This is where gamers, party lovers and fun-seekers come to play, relax and connect.

The Marketing Manager will drive brand growth, visibility and customer acquisition. This is a hands-on role with real creative ownership. You’ll lead digital strategy, execute campaigns end to end and work closely with our outsourced creative and performance teams.

The role

You’ll lead on the marketing strategy and day-to-day execution. Your focus is growth – more awareness, more bookings and more footfall. You’ll plan and run digital campaigns, shape our brand voice and keep the brand culturally relevant within London’s nightlife and entertainment scene.

You’ll be personally involved in content creation and campaign shoots, while coordinating designers, videographers and ad specialists. You’ll also support event promotion and help build long-term brand loyalty.

This position will suit a Senior Marketing Executive looking or a Junior Marketing Manager ready to step up and lead a division

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver weekly and monthly marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid ads and wider social media across Meta, TikTok, Instagram and Google
  • Track performance and optimise for conversions and footfall
  • Promote events, themed nights, tournaments and private bookings
  • Maintain and evolve the marketing calendar
  • Approve content plans, captions and posting schedules
  • Spot trends and adjust content direction quickly
  • Monitor engagement, growth and performance metrics
  • Manage outsourced designers, editors and PPC specialists
  • Write clear briefs and give direct, constructive feedback
  • Approve creative assets and ensure brand consistency
  • Ensure deadlines, quality and performance standards are met
  • Build online buzz around events, gaming and nightlife experiences
  • Monitor reviews, comments and guest sentiment
  • Support the Events Manager with digital promotion
  • Develop the brand voice, identity and long-term personality
  • Lead collaborations, influencer activity and micro-creator partnerships
  • Contribute ideas for viral campaigns and standout digital moments
About you
  • 2–4 years’ marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or F&B
  • Proven experience running digital marketing and paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of short-form content and social trends
  • Confident briefing and managing creative or outsourced teams
  • Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance metrics
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Happy to work occasional evenings for major events or launches
