Lead, Innovate, Shape – This is not a “maintenance” job – it is a launchpad. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales, you will lead and empower a talented team of four direct reports (a Revenue & Insights Manager, two Campaigns Officers, and an In‑House Videographer / Designer) and Distribution Assistant.
Worthing is on the up, and so are we. WTM is a vibrant, fast-evolving arts charity, woven into the fabric of this creative coastal town. We don’t just run venues; we curate experiences across an extraordinary, historic portfolio of venues. From our breathtaking Pavilion perched on Worthing’s iconic pier, to our beautiful art deco Connaught Theatre, Assembly Hall for concerts, and recently reopened Worthing Museum, our spaces are alive with creativity, community, and commercial ambition.
We are a team of passionate, optimistic, and collaborative people who love what we do. As our new Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind this momentum. If you are a passionate, creative storyteller who loves the buzz of live performance, the depth of heritage, and the power of data, you belong here, in this role.
You will have the autonomy to shape how we connect with audiences across 3 live performance venues, (in collaboration with the Film Manager) a thriving cinema programme, a museum, and our vital community engagement projects. You will balance the thrill of commercial box office success with the deep reward of charitable impact, turning data insights into creative campaigns that get people through our doors.
