Location: Birmingham, with 1 day work from home per week

My client is an exciting and growing B2B Marketing Agency, currently looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team due to success.

They seek a passionate marketing manager who thrives on planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This role involves implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, understanding client goals to create integrated marketing strategies, and presenting these strategies and research to prospects and clients.

The marketing manager will also handle campaign reporting and collaborate with senior team members to analyze and optimize results, while overseeing Marketing Executives.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Over three years of agency experience
2. A proven track record in executing successful B2B marketing strategies across various sectors
3. Familiarity with SME clients and a natural commercial approach to marketing
4. Knowledge of the marketing mix, including inbound marketing and HubSpot (a valuable bonus)
