The Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop its marketing and business development strategy across multiple offices in Cheshire. You will drive brand awareness, client engagement and growth while managing a small marketing team.

This role requires a commercially focused marketer comfortable with strategic and hands-on work, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver measurable results and robust campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong digital marketing, content creation and brand management skills.
• Experience developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across locations.
• Commercial focus with growth and client engagement in mind.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous.

An established and growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop its marketing and business development strategy across multiple offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional who enjoys operating at both strategic and hands-on levels. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive brand awareness, client engagement and business development activity while managing a small marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the firm's marketing and communications strategy.
