You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure all key milestones of the brand plan are achieved. You need to be proactive, use your judgment to facilitate problem resolution, and know when to escalate issues that may impact the successful completion of projects.

About the role

Key focus areas and responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring consumer understanding and key insights are central to the brand strategy, with all activities aligned to deliver the plan.
  2. Developing and annually reviewing the brand plan for excellent execution.
  3. Supporting the innovation manager in developing the 5-year brand innovation pipeline, including propositions and growth opportunities.
  4. Analyzing portfolio performance to keep the brand ahead of competitors, optimizing shelf range, formats, and sub-ranges.
  5. Delivering yearly NPD with comprehensive go-to-market plans, including packaging, communication, and launch activities.
  6. Defining and leading the annual media strategy, plan, and evaluation.
  7. Collaborating with the Global Brands team and creative agencies to build a consistent brand identity and campaign creative.
  8. Conducting brand research and translating findings into actionable insights.
  9. Leading consumer activation plans, especially digital strategies, with clear evaluation metrics.
  10. Managing on-pack partnerships and digital/social brand presence to foster community and relevancy.
  11. Tracking investment and ROI, reporting to the Marketing Director.
  12. Managing the marketing budget efficiently.

You will have a degree, be commercially driven with creative flair, and possess at least 6 years of marketing experience covering the full marketing mix. Strong strategic thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects are essential.
