Nter Talent in Manchester is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy end-to-end, reporting to the co-founder and collaborating closely with the sales team. You will work solo within a lean team, and influence brand, demand generation, content, and events to drive pipeline.

The role demands a hands-on marketer who loves variety and can demonstrate measurable impact across channels, campaigns and client communications from inception to ROI. On-site, with benefits on offer.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a generalist B2B marketing role, ideally in logistics, ecommerce, retail tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of demand gen campaigns delivering real pipeline.
• Strong digital skills and ability to use data to improve results.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Great writing that makes technical services sound simple.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and growth: build the marketing plan, lead product launches and run demand gen campaigns to create pipeline for sales.
• Brand and content: own the brand and produce case studies, blogs, research reports, sales collateral and PR.
• Channels: run LinkedIn, email, paid, SEO, website and CRM, including ABM into target retail accounts.
• Events: plan and deliver trade shows, events and webinars.
• Reporting: manage the budget and track leads, pipeline and ROI.

About the company

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, tech-led logistics business headquartered in Manchester. Their platform, smart routing and real-time tracking power rapid, same-day and next-day delivery across major UK cities for well-known retail and ecommerce brands, and they're scaling quickly.

About the role

This is the business's main marketing role, and they need a true all-rounder. You'll report into the co-founder and work closely with the sales team. There's no big marketing team, so you'll set the plan and deliver it yourself. It suits someone who loves variety and wants to see the direct impact of their work.

What you'll be doing
