Job summary

Naylors Gavin Black LLP in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Marketing professional to support day‑to‑day activities, ensuring a consistent brand presence across digital channels, marketing materials, events and company communications.

Working with Partners, Surveyors and the Business Development team, you will promote projects, people and services, developing the marketing function and contributing to the North East property sector.

• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and digital channels.
• Support production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Manage content for the website, news articles and project updates.
• Coordinate marketing content for events and client communications.
• Support social media activity and recruitment communications.

Job description

To support the day to day marketing activities of the business, ensuring a consistent brand presence across digital channels, marketing materials, events and company communications. The role will work closely with Partners, Surveyors and the Business Development team to promote projects, people, services and business achievements.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and develop the marketing function of one of the region's leading commercial property consultancies here at Naylors while working closely with senior stakeholders and clients across the North East property sector.

Brand & Corporate Marketing

• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Support and develop the Naylors brand identity.
• Ensure marketing content aligns with company messaging and brand guidelines.
• Support the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Website & Digital Marketing

• Manage and regularly update the company website.
• Upload project updates, news articles and property-related content.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and client newsletters.
• Monitor website traffic and digital engagement performance.

Social Media Management

• Manage company LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content.
• Promote business news, recruitment activity, staff achievements and community involvement.
• Monitor engagement and help grow the firm's online presence.
• Support Partners and Surveyors in showcasing projects and market activity.

Content Creation

• Property instructions and completed transactions.
• Business news and company updates.
• Recruitment campaigns.
• Staff stories and company culture.
• Video and photographic content.
• Market updates and insights from Partners and Surveyors.

Events & Business Development Support

• Assist with conferences and exhibitions.
• Coordinate networking and client events.
• Support webinar planning and delivery.
• Assist with event promotion and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate marketing materials required for events and presentations.
• Produce and coordinate:
• Brochures and flyers.
• Graduate recruitment materials.
• Photography and videography.
• Branded graphics and marketing assets.
• Digital marketing materials for campaigns and social media.

Success Measures

• Consistent and professional brand presentation.
• Regular website and social media activity.
• Growth in audience engagement across digital channels.

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Analyse website traffic, lead generation and social media engagement.
• Track return on investment from marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Management and Partners.
