RESPONSIBLE TO: Commercial Marketing & Communication Manager
Norty Ltd, the management company for 11 brands including AWDis, Pro RTX, Anthem and Henbury, is a leading player in the promotional clothing industry. For more than a decade Norty has been delivering high-quality garments to decorators and embroiderers in the Printwear and Promotion market, catering to customers in the UK, Europe and worldwide.
VISION – To be the world’s canvas for self-expression.
MISSION – To create incredible clothing that people love to make, sell and wear.
The Marketing Department at Norty Ltd is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence across our portfolio of 11 leading clothing brands. The team works collaboratively across design, digital, communications, and brand functions to ensure consistency, creativity, and impact in all marketing activity — both online and offline.
Internally known as Brand Specialists working within the Commercial Marketing & Communications team, Brand Specialists take the strategic direction provided by Brand Leads and translate it into practical marketing activity. This includes campaign planning, content creation, social media management, trade press, advertising, and the delivery of marketing assets across multiple channels.
Brand Specialists are assigned specific brands and act as the day-to-day marketing contact for those brands. They work closely with Brand Leads, Graphic Design, Digital, Commercial Marketing, Business Development and Events teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently.
Brand Specialists do not own brand strategy, product direction, or marketing budgets. Their role is to co-create and execute campaigns and marketing activity that support the objectives outlined in each brand’s Annual Marketing Brief.
Collaboration is central to the role. Brand Specialists sit at the centre of campaign delivery and work across multiple teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned, well executed, and commercially effective.
