Responsibilities
  1. Be a strategic partner for Givaudan's Commercial Team & Customers.
  2. Provide strategic direction and oversight in the development of innovative food and beverage solutions in UK & Ireland.
  3. Drive impact by helping Givaudan stay ahead of market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
  4. Create efficient marketing strategies that highlight our strengths within the industry.
  5. Coordinate and supervise the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring consistency, value generation, and effectiveness.
  6. Lead the execution of presentations and promotional campaigns, while measuring their effectiveness and pipeline growth.
  7. The role is located in Milton Keynes and reports to the UK & IE Marketing Director.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of overall experience in Marketing in an international environment, including marketing strategy (B2B or B2C experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the food or flavour industry.
  • Experience with brand execution, new product commercialization, and creative promotions.
  • Proven track record of working in collaboration with technical, commercial, and innovation divisions.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and principles (brand execution, commercialization of new products, and creative promotions).
  • Ability to plan actively, ensuring sales buy-in and securing the required technical support.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying intricate product details and brand ethos.
