As Marketing Manager at DIRTEA, you are responsible for turning big brand moments into high-impact execution. You own the marketing calendar across campaigns, content, partnerships, retail, and creator activations—bringing order to creative chaos and keeping the entire engine moving. This is not a typical coordination role; it's a strategic operator position embedded at the heart of DIRTEA's brand growth—working directly with founders, creators, and the leadership team to launch on time, communicate clearly, and execute at a world-class level.

This role requires exceptional project management, creative coordination, and a systems mindset. You’ll be the connective tissue across creative, growth, retail, and CRM—driving campaigns forward, eliminating blockers, and ensuring our marketing machine runs with clarity, pace, and precision. Success in this role means flawless execution, high-performing content delivery, and helping scale DIRTEA into a global wellness brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the entire marketing calendar: campaigns, content, partnerships, retail drops, and launches
  • Build smart, actionable project plans that turn strategy into timelines and tasks
  • Be the connective tissue between creative, content, growth, retail, CRM, and founders
  • Keep content, campaigns, and partnerships moving and aligned - no chaos, no blockers
  • Run weekly marketing standups and campaign reviews
  • Maintain asset trackers and performance snapshots so the team always knows what’s working
  • Help scale our systems so we can move faster, cleaner, and with more confidence
  • Spot gaps, call out risks early, and keep standards high
  • Has 3+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or a hybrid brand/project role
  • Has worked inside a fast-moving consumer brand or agency and thrived
  • Thinks like an operator, acts like an owner
  • Is fluent in tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, G-Cal, and Excel (or eager to learn fast)
  • Can see the big picture but also loves a good checklist
  • Communicates with clarity, owns deadlines, and keeps momentum flowing
  • Understands that marketing is only as strong as its execution

  • Experience working with wellness, food/drink, fashion, or culture-led brands
  • Has managed creator workflows or retail marketing timelines
  • Has built or optimised content production pipelines

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • 100% of product and retail campaigns launch on time and across all planned channels
  • Weekly marketing meetings become a high-value team habit, driving clarity and momentum
  • Content calendars are executed with zero last-minute delays or asset gaps
  • 80–90% of influencer/creator briefs are launched and published on time
  • Campaign results are documented and shared across the business within 5 days post-launch
  • Paid media and organic teams receive high-performing assets on a consistent weekly cycle
