Marketing Manager – Company Profile:

This cutting-edge PropTech company is revolutionising the real estate industry through technology. With strong financial backing and ambitious growth plans, they need a motivated marketer to own and develop their marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and industry thought leadership.

Develop and execute a marketing strategy to position the company as a PropTech leader.
Use AI-driven tools to optimise campaigns and enhance audience engagement.
Implement multi-channel lead-generation strategies, including content marketing, social media, email, PPC, SEO, and events.
Create compelling content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Manage and optimise paid and organic campaigns with data-driven insights.
Develop marketing materials such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and email campaigns.
Oversee CRM and marketing automation systems to nurture leads effectively.
Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements.
Track key marketing metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
Proven experience in marketing with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
Strong understanding of AI's role in marketing and emerging technologies.
Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
Experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
Location: South West London / Hybrid
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus an extra day per completed year (up to 5 additional days), with the option to purchase up to 5 more days.
