As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and ensure revenue and market growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Exclusive Brands and Dealerships
  • Work with manufacturer partner, sales and dealerships to increase awareness and preference for our ranges amongst our target audience
  • Define consumer experience and work with sales and dealerships to deliver
  • Generate new business leads and manage new business pipeline
  • Work with Sales teams to define and deploy end to end sales activation campaigns ensuring campaign targets are well defined and measured
  • Product Brands
  • Lead the development of product brands
  • Be the guardian and steward for the brand expression in all channels, ensuring it remains top of mind and the brand of choice to all user groups
  • Actively seek, test and develop new product and market development opportunities
  • B2B Sales Activation & CRM
  • Design and deploy direct and sales-led campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a new business and lead generation pipeline to grow the customer base
  • Manage annual customer communications and promotional calendars
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and use insights to enhance customer and consumer offerings
  • Digital
  • Increase the visibility of our brands and products
  • Use paid media to generate good quality leads and increase share of search and sales for our products
  • Grow the reach and effectiveness of our social media channels
  • Create and maintain a plan for the ongoing improvement and development of our websites incorporating both performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Deployment of campaigns
  • Ensure all campaigns are well defined, briefed and executed within agreed deadlines
  • Develop campaigns with a lowest cost without compromising quality mindset, continuously and constructively challenging stakeholders to achieve best outcomes
  • Curate and assist with shows and events

Professional Experience

  • Degree qualified preferable a marketing qualification
  • At least 5 years of marketing or related experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in a commercial marketing role, accountable for sales and lead generation
  • Experience in CRM, digital channels and performance marketing is highly desired
  • Experience in product and brand management is highly desired
  • Experience in our markets would be favourable but not a requirement

  • Able to understand, manipulate, summarise and present meaningful and actionable insights from data (financial and non-financial)
  • Competent and proactive communicator, able to develop and build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Practical project management skills, organised and flexible
  • Proven performance in achieving against tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, confident, innovative and creative with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent team player with the confidence to take the lead, drive change and take ownership of projects
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Practical understanding of new marketing technologies and AI tools and how to deploy them
  • Proven negotiation skills to achieve cost savings and timescales
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
