Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Head of Marketing for our Crisps and Snacks portfolio, including KETTLE® and retailer brands. You will lead the category group, own brand plans, and build a high-performing team across Valeo-owned and retailer-owned brands, with travel to Norwich a few times monthly.

You will drive growth, manage budgets, and report to the board, while delivering innovative marketing strategies in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in building and leading successful brands, preferably with private label or customer experience.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, driving a culture of excellence.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute flawlessly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners.
• Innovative mindset and keen sense of market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Drive budget targets and grow market shares for the category.
• Ensure brand plans are well stewarded and reports are delivered to the board.
• Coach and develop the marketing team for high performance.
• Lead annual strategy reviews and quarterly updates on brand plans.
• Ensure marketing budget compliance and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success.
• Oversee consumer engagement under the 'Consumer is Boss' plan.
• Role can be based near any UK site with 2–3 visits to Norwich.
