IMPRESSION RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Leeds is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to own campaigns, content and brand activity, while guiding a Marketing Assistant.

You will deliver multi-channel marketing, create engaging content for social, email and websites, and work with internal teams and external partners to support commercial objectives. Salary £30,000-£35,000 and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience in consumer/retail environments.
• Ability to own campaigns from planning to delivery.
• Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge (social, email, digital).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate digital, promotional and brand activity across channels.
• Create content for social media, email, websites and other platforms.
• Develop marketing materials including copy, imagery, presentations and promotional assets.
• Plan and support events, launches and promotional initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the Marketing Assistant.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity.
