Content & Campaign Executive in Leeds

We’re looking for a Content & Campaign Executive to join our team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a junior marketer or recent marketing graduate with commercial experience to work on real client campaigns across content, social, digital assets and campaign reporting.

Key information

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000

Location: Fantastic Leeds city centre location

Work model: Office based, with flexible working after probationary period

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of digital campaigns from asset creation through to reporting and optimisation. You’ll work closely with our commercial team, helping turn campaign ideas into well‑executed marketing activity that delivers more than just reach and clicks.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing career who already has hands‑on experience creating digital assets and wants to build stronger skills in campaign delivery, performance analysis and client‑focused marketing.

What we’re looking for

• A degree in digital marketing or a related subject
• At least 12 months of paid experience in a marketing, PR or social media role
• Experience creating digital assets, including social graphics, short‑form video, animation or written content
• Strong attention to detail and clear written English
• Confidence working to a brief and within brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite
• An interest in campaign reporting, optimisation and measuring performance
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or GA4 is a strong advantage
