Job summary

IMPRESSION RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Marketing Manager in Knaresborough to lead the organisation’s marketing and communications. You will own the marketing plan, shape messaging, and drive engagement across digital and offline channels.

You will oversee campaigns, content, and PR, while managing a Marketing Executive and coordinating external agencies. A strategic yet hands-on marketer with strong copywriting and analytics is ideal.

Qualifications

• Broad marketing experience with responsibility for strategy and campaigns
• Strong digital marketing and content experience
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience managing social media and digital campaigns
• Good understanding of website, SEO, email and marketing analytics
• Experience using data and insight to evaluate and improve marketing activity
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers or external partners
• Ideally some mentoring experience for junior colleagues
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and stakeholder influence
