Job summary

Confidential in Leeds is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to own campaigns, content and brand activity while guiding the Marketing Assistant. You'll deliver hands-on multi-channel marketing across channels, working with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into campaigns that engage customers and support commercial goals.

This role requires proactive, detail oriented marketing professional with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and apply insights for future activity,

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience in consumer/retail or similar sectors.
• Experience taking ownership of campaigns and projects.
• Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge: social, email, digital.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Confident with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience using Canva, Microsoft Office and marketing/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate digital, promotional and brand activity across multiple channels.
• Create and oversee engaging content for social media, email, websites and other platforms.
• Develop marketing materials including copy, imagery, presentations and promotional assets.
• Plan and support events, launches and promotional initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies and external suppliers.
• Provide day to day guidance and support to the Marketing Assistant.
• Help maintain quality, consistency and brand standards across all activity.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and identify new opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity.
• Bring fresh ideas and new approaches to content, campaigns and customer communications.
• Support the wider marketing strategy and contribute to the continued growth of the brand.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join an established and growing consumer focused business in Leeds.

This is a varied role for an experienced marketing professional who is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns, content and brand activity, while also providing day to day guidance to a Marketing Assistant.

You'll be hands on in delivering activity across multiple channels, working with teams across the business and external partners to turn ideas into effective campaigns that engage customers and support commercial objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Proven marketing experience within a consumer, commercial, retail, lifestyle or similar environment
• Experience taking ownership of campaigns and projects rather than simply supporting delivery
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including social media, email and digital
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Experience using Canva, Microsoft Office and marketing/CRM platforms
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Commercially aware, creative and proactive in your approach
• Comfortable reviewing campaign performance and using data to inform activity
• Previous experience mentoring, supervising or supporting junior marketing colleagues would be advantageous
• Experience with influencer marketing, digital campaigns or emerging marketing technology would be beneficial
