Metica, an AI-native growth partner for mobile game studios, seeks a Marketing Manager to craft Metica's narrative across product, ML and market. This fully remote role drives content and events that push our story to audiences and support the commercial team.

You will coordinate events in markets via local suppliers, work with sales, product and data science, and build materials that accelerate deals while keeping a remote team connected.

The Role

Metica's product already outperforms the alternatives. The problem is that too few studios know it. As Marketing Manager, your job is to fix that. You'll build Metica's narrative, turn it into a steady flow of content and push it everywhere our audience pays attention. You'll also run our events programme from behind the scenes so the commercial team can focus on selling. You'll be measured on how consistently our message shows up, how much engagement it drives and the quality of the people we get in front of at events.

This is a fully remote role with no travel required. You'll coordinate events in markets like Turkey and Vietnam through local suppliers and on-the-ground staff. You'll work closely with sales, product and data science to source insights. You'll also work alongside our industry partners, who lead on PR, podcasts and senior-level access.

You Will

• Develop Metica's narrative from every angle - product, machine learning and market. Turn how SmartFloors, UA Funding and the broader Uplift suite work into a story studios understand and remember.

• Turn insights into content, continuously. Pull nuggets from sales calls, product releases and data science work. Convert them into thought leadership, case studies, short-form posts, video and newsletters. One insight becomes ten pieces. Use AI to move faster without dropping quality.

• Push the message across every channel we own and earn. Own the website, LinkedIn and all Metica profiles, plus email and newsletter. Place content in third-party environments such as partner channels, industry media and communities. Track what lands and double down on it.

• Run events end to end, remotely. Cover everything from target guest lists, invites and outreach to side events, venues, padel court bookings, catering and local suppliers. Coordinate on-the-ground staff and hand sales a clean attendee list and follow-up plan.

• Equip sales with materials that close faster - decks, one-pagers, case studies and sequences.

• Own internal team events and the moments that keep a remote team connected.

You Need

• The \"Builder-Storyteller\" - you find the story, write it and ship it yourself. You don't wait for a brief.

• High agency - you chase people for input, keep the content engine running and never treat one case study as a campaign.

• Translate complexity - you can sit with a data scientist, understand what a model does and explain why a studio should care. Mobile gaming or ad-tech knowledge is a plus, not a must.

• A proven events operator - you've run events from planning to follow-up, managed vendors and budgets and kept the details tight across time zones.

• AI-native - LLMs and AI tools are already part of how you research, write and produce.

• 3-5 years in B2B marketing, content or events, ideally at a startup, with a portfolio of work you created and shipped yourself.

• Turkish, Vietnamese or another language from our markets, or video and design skills, is a plus.
