SuperchargeMe in London is seeking the first dedicated marketer to own the go-to-market for our AI-powered commerce platform. You will design the plan, identify target buyers, run paid media across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, and events, and craft messaging for each buyer type.
You will build the route to a demo, grow self-serve sign-ups, and turn case studies into content for posts, pages and videos. You will be comfortable working solo initially, then align with a founder-led team to shape
SuperchargeMe is one brain for the whole commerce business. Ten products, Ads-IQ, Retention-IQ, Restock-IQ, Stores-IQ, Marketplaces-IQ, Crossborder-IQ, NPD-IQ, Concierge-IQ, Feeds-IQ and Partnership-IQ, share one set of numbers. They don't stop at recommendations: they make the changes too, at the level of control each brand chooses. It works inside Slack, plugs into 100+ tools from Shopify and NetSuite to Meta, Google and Amazon, and is running 23 brands today across paid media, retention, inventory and wholesale, stores, marketplaces, catalog and partnerships. Every function has a tool. Nothing runs the whole. We built SuperchargeMe to run the whole. The product is live and brands are paying for it. Getting it in front of the right brands is the next step. That's you. The role in a sentence Be our first marketer and own the go-to-market: fill the sales calendar with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs and VPs of E-Commerce at mid-market omnichannel brands, and grow the brands that sign up on their own. Where we sell to: mid-market omnichannel brands in the US, UK and EU, selling across their own store, marketplaces, wholesale and retail. Two ways in: brands starting with a single product sign up and get going on their own. Brands that want several platforms working together, with onboarding, book a demo. There's no marketing team, agency or playbook yet. You start with a live website, a sales deck, a product you can demo, and case studies from our first clients that are being written now. A founding Account Executive starts alongside you, so every demo you book has a closer waiting, while sign-ups go straight into the product. The story is ready to tell. Brands run ten to twenty tools, each now with its own AI, and none of them agree. We call it the Silo Tax. Naming it, and making brand leaders feel it, is the heart of this job.
Set the go-to-market plan: which buyers and markets we go after first, and through which channels. Run paid media yourself across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and anything else that works, alongside email, retargeting, campaigns aimed at named brands, events, and joint marketing with agencies, Shopify partners and systems integrators. Work out which of our ten products to lead with for each type of buyer, and write the messaging for each. Build and look after the route to a demo: landing pages, the booking flow, qualifying questions, quick follow-up and a clean handover to sales. Grow self-serve sign-ups, from the first visit to an account that's actually using the product, including our Shopify App Store listing. Turn our case studies and the founders' experience into posts, pages and short videos. Use our own agents on your campaigns, starting with Ads-IQ on Google and Meta. Report every week on demos, sign-ups, activation, pipeline and what each one cost.
We'll measure you on qualified demos and sign-ups, and the revenue they lead to. Clicks, impressions and ROAS only matter as far as they get us there. After your first month, tracking is set up properly, you've agreed the list of target brands with sales, and your first campaign is running. After your first quarter, demos and sign-ups come in every week from channels you set up, and you know what each one costs by channel. Sales starts asking for more of one kind of lead, because those are the deals that close. The case studies already being written with our first clients are published, and sales uses them in every deal.
You'll set up marketing from scratch, and you'll have a say in who joins the team after you. Most brand leaders haven't yet seen AI that takes actions
