products, in addition to providing bespoke software development services and teams. We are a remote-first business with a

Role Overview

As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and elevate Pretty Technical’s brand visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted campaigns, manage digital platforms, create compelling content, optimise marketing performance, and ensure seamless brand representation at industry events. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Digital Marketing

  • Manage Pretty Technical’s LinkedIn account, including content creation, copy writing and graphic design using Canva.
  • Regularly update and optimise the company website (Wordpress/Elementor) ensuring strong SEO practices.
  • Utilise Google Analytics & Search Console to track performance, analyse trends and generate monthly marketing reports, including measuring LinkedIn performance analytics on a weekly basis.

Content Creation & Design

  • Design and distribute the monthly internal company newsletter using Canva.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials to enhance brand messaging and engagement.
  • Design and distribute campaign emails to potential and existing customers and partners.

Industry Events & Networking

  • Plan, coordinate, and attend industry events, representing Pretty Technical and fostering valuable connections.
  • Create content and design graphics for social media campaigns for events.
  • Ensure seamless event logistics, including branded merchandise/promotional materials.

Project Management & Logistics

  • Oversee merchandise and office equipment logistics, ensuring branded materials are available for events and global staff.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including industry media, and partners to drive seamless marketing execution by enhancing visibility and credibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in B2B tech or iGaming.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Strong design skills using Canva to create visually compelling materials.
  • Event planning and networking experience within a B2B setting.
  • CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar) for managing client relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for branding and detail.
