We are seeking Marketing Lead candidates from diverse backgrounds and specializations. This posting is specifically for candidates based in the United Kingdom, Berlin, and/or within +/- 6 hours of CET, who are willing to travel to Berlin for IRL team meetings. Non-crypto native or "web2" candidates are highly encouraged to apply. This is not an internal role at Dragonfly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive and collaborative Marketing Lead with strong ownership and a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and narratives
• Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and visibility
• Familiarity with AI, crypto, and related technologies (crypto-native experience not required; strong web2 candidates are welcome)
• Comfortable working in technical environments and explaining complex topics clearly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

About The Role

• Lead marketing and growth efforts leading up to the launch of a decentralized protocol
• Define and own the marketing strategy, brand, and messaging for the protocol
• Create compelling content that showcases the value proposition
• Build and manage a dynamic content program and calendar
• Grow and engage the protocol’s community across social channels
• Maintain and strengthen media presence and relationships
• Collaborate with the product team to refine the product narrative and ensure alignment with the marketing vision
• Scale the marketing function and expand the team as needed over time
