Marketing Insight Analyst

Salary: Up to £55k base + 10% bonus (flexible).

Our client, a leading gaming brand, is seeking a highly analytical and commercially savvy Marketing (Insight) Analyst to join their internal marketing team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in marketing analytics, stakeholder engagement, and technical dashboarding, aiming to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, omni-channel advertising environment.

• Act as a key strategic partner across marketing teams for campaign briefs and post-campaign analysis (PCA).
• Analyze datasets from digital and offline advertising campaigns (PPC, Social, Programmatic, TV, Press, CRM, etc.).
• Plan and implement testing methodologies across the marketing funnel, from acquisition to loyalty programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver insights through Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and multi-channel attribution modelling to assess ROI on multimillion-pound campaigns.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics across digital and offline channels.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing (digital + ATL) and how these channels interact to drive acquisition and retention.

Compensation: Up to £55k base + 10% bonus + benefits.
