The Role

As a Marketing Graduate, you will support the school's marketing, communications and administrative activities.

Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics, posters, newsletters and promotional materials.


• Help promote school events, activities, achievements and celebrations.

• Support marketing campaigns and school communications.


• Ensure all content reflects the school's values and follows safeguarding and consent requirements.


• Work closely with school staff to identify positive stories and opportunities to showcase school life.

Administration & Operational Support

• Provide general administrative support within the school office.


• Assist with emails, telephone enquiries and correspondence.


• Support the organisation and promotion of school events.


• Help prepare presentations, documents and communications.


• Maintain accurate records and information.


• Support staff with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of school operations.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related subject.


• Have a genuine interest in social media, marketing and content creation.


• Are creative and enjoy developing new ideas.


• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Are confident using social media platforms.


• Have experience using Canva or similar design software.


• Are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.


• Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.


• Are enthusiastic about working within a school environment.


• Can work independently and as part of a team.


• Understand the importance of professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding.


• Previous experience within a school is not essential.
