Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to support planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, content and communications that raise brand awareness and generate enquiries to support occupancy across our care home portfolio.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Support Office in Darlington, 37.5 hours per week, with scope to collaborate across the organisation nationwide. You will create engaging content, manage campaigns across digital and print channels, work with Home Managers

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in Marketing or a related field or demonstrable experience in marketing.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital and print.
• Strong writing, editing and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, digital activity and communications across the home portfolio.
• Create engaging content and support local marketing plans with Home Managers and wider teams.
• Use campaign data to improve performance and support occupancy goals; assist with events and community engagement.
