Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Sales Executive to help families choose the right care. Working across a portfolio of care homes, you’ll drive admissions through proactive business development, strong local relationships and a superior customer experience.

This field-based role requires travel, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries in CRM, conducting consultations and tours, while supporting home teams and achieving occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel across a portfolio region.
• Good IT literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries and admissions across an assigned portfolio of care homes.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners and referral sources.
• Conduct consultations and home tours to guide families through admissions.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and maintain accurate CRM pipeline data.
• Support local occupancy reviews and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
