Marketing Executive

Champneys Head Office

Contract: Full Time
Salary: between £28,000 and £30,000 dependent on experience

We have an exciting role for a Marketing Executive who is energetic, enthusiastic and full of bright ideas. You’ll be updating the Champneys website regularly with new packages and marketing campaigns. You will work with our PPC & SEO agencies to implement strategy to ensure our digital presence is the best it can be.

You will be responsible for briefing artwork to agencies for collateral and press advertising.

You will support both the Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager with larger digital projects and the wider marketing department to ensure the brand is consistent across all channels.

This role is a mix of remote and office-based working and is suited to someone who is self-disciplined and enjoys venturing into our spas to capture engaging content regularly.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Digital Marketing Manager to deliver and evolve all digital marketing activity, including Paid Media, SEO and email.
• Support Brand Manager with briefing of our monthly collateral for our resorts, hotels and city spas to our artwork agency.
• Implement CMS changes.
• Report monthly performance of all digital marketing activities and artwork.
• Work closely with the wider Marketing team to support and deliver team objectives.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

The ideal candidate has a knowledge of digital acquisition channels. A background in luxury, hospitality and health & wellbeing is an added-bonus.

• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
• Commercial acumen a must.
• Creative & brand understanding to ensure our brand is never compromised.
• A team player, first-and-foremost.
• Experience using CMS and SEO tools is a must.
• Experience using Photoshop, Canva, Figma or other creative tools would be ideal.
