Job summary

Instaloft in Telford is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our hybrid team, crafting campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring on-brand messaging and strong customer journeys.

You’ll work closely with our Group Marketing Manager and creative team to plan and execute email campaigns, content updates, and event activations, keeping copy tight and layouts clean.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist marketing role, agency or in-house.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and move tasks forward.
• Strong copy, layout sense and audience engagement instincts.
• Comfort juggling multiple channels, from CRM to events.
• Ability to maintain a good sense of humor in campaigns and branding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Draft email campaigns, segment audiences and support customer journeys.
• Maintain website content, write clear copy and optimise on-site journeys.
• Work with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.

Job Title: Marketing Executive

About Us

At Instaloft (part of the growing Lapis Home portfolio of brands), we take transforming unused loft spaces into clean, safe, usable storage solutions seriously. What we don’t take too seriously is letting AI design our marketing campaigns without human supervision (if you’ve seen our latest post, you already know what happens when a dog wearing sunglasses tries to handle our branding guidelines).

As our portfolio expands, our marketing needs are growing fast. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Telford and help keep our campaigns on point, on brand, and cat-free—unless the strategy explicitly calls for one.

The Role

Working directly alongside our Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and creative team, you’ll get stuck into the full marketing mix. This is a hands‑on position where your ideas will directly shape how our brands connect with customers.

• Campaign Delivery: Help plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Email & CRM: Draft engaging email campaigns, segment audiences, and support customer lifecycle journeys.
• Content & Website Maintenance: Keep web content up to date, write clear copy, and ensure on-site customer journeys run smoothly.
• Brand & Creative Support: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Events & Activation: Support trade shows, local events, and promotional activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a generalist marketing role (agency or in-house).
• Initiative: You don’t wait to be told every step; you spot opportunities, solve problems, and get things moving.
• An Eye for Detail: A strong instinct for good copy, clean layout, and what actually engages an audience.
• Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple channels, from CRM workflows to event planning.
• Good Humor: A healthy appreciation for why our AI-generated launch poster was a complete design disaster.
