Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment in West London is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead day-to-day content and social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. The role is hybrid after probation and involves creating engaging written, visual, and video content to raise our profile and support candidate attraction.

You will work closely with recruitment consultants, shaping our content plan, supporting website and email marketing, and bringing fresh ideas to campaigns and events.

• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others) and create engaging content.

• Support consultants with personal branding, candidate attraction, and business development activity.
• Develop and manage content plan; keep marketing activity fresh and relevant.
• Support website, email, print and wider marketing activity.
• Monitor trends in leisure and recruitment; contribute new ideas.
• Assist with events, campaigns and other projects.

We're a specialist recruitment business working across the leisure, health & fitness, spa & beauty, active entertainment and hospitality sectors.

We're looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on social media and content, working closely with our recruitment consultants to raise our profile, support candidate attraction and help showcase the work we do.

What you'll be doing

You'll have plenty of variety, including:

• Managing our social media channels and creating engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Creating written, visual and video content, from vacancies and client wins to team stories, industry insights and events.
• Working with our consultants to support their personal brands, candidate attraction and business development activity.
• Developing and managing our content plan and keeping our marketing activity fresh and relevant.
• Supporting website, email, print and wider marketing activity.
• Keeping an eye on what's happening across the leisure and recruitment sectors and bringing new ideas to the table.
• Monitoring engagement and performance to understand what's working and where we can improve.
• Supporting events, campaigns and other projects across the business.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who loves content, understands social media and isn't afraid to get stuck in!

You'll ideally have marketing or content experience and be confident creating engaging written, visual and video content. You'll be organised, creative and commercially minded, with the confidence to bring ideas forward and work closely with different people across the business.

Experience within leisure, fitness or recruitment would be a bonus, but it's your creativity, attitude and ability to make things happen that matters most!
