Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Marketing Support professional in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, on a hybrid basis. The role is within the Marketing department and focuses on delivering multi-channel campaigns to build awareness and pipeline growth.

You will create content for lead generation, collaborate with sales, and use data to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate has digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, demand generation or campaign execution within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and deliver against campaign objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital content, promotional email and social media channels
• Create and distribute campaign materials including white papers, videos, blogs and case studies
• Collaborate with social media and web marketing teams to ensure timely content publication
• Coordinate with internal and central marketing teams to align local activity with global campaigns
• Plan and support marketing events, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule and to a high standard
• Measure digital marketing performance using web analytics tools and track campaign metrics
• Generate insights from performance data to support continuous campaign improvement
• Assist with account-based marketing initiatives and work alongside sales teams to support pipeline goals
