Salary: Up to £32,000 + 10% bonus
Have you completed a marketing internship or placement and are now looking for your first permanent role? Or perhaps you’re already in your first marketing position and are ready for your second step?
This could be the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a curious, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team and gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, campaigns, content, demand generation and analytics.
Working alongside the Commercial Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll help deliver campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support commercial growth.
Your role will include:
Supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, content and events.
Helping generate and nurture leads, working closely with the sales team to support conversion.
Creating and coordinating engaging content such as case studies, whitepapers and webinars.
Supporting product marketing by turning product features into clear, compelling customer messaging.
Tracking campaign performance and using data and insights to help improve future activity.
Supporting sponsorship campaigns and ensuring marketing deliverables are delivered effectively.
Working collaboratively with sales, product and other teams to achieve shared commercial goals.
We’re not expecting you to know everything. This is a role for someone who is keen to learn, develop and make an impact.
You’ll ideally have some experience of marketing, whether through an internship, placement, university project or your first marketing role. You’ll have a genuine interest in digital and B2B marketing, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Most importantly, you’ll be curious, proactive and collaborative, with good communication skills and an interest in understanding what makes marketing successful.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media or analytics would be a bonus — but potential and attitude are just as important as experience.
This is a great opportunity to build a broad foundation in commercial marketing, working alongside experienced marketing and sales professionals and gaining exposure to campaigns, digital marketing, content, analytics and CRM.
If you’re ready to build your marketing career and take your next step, we’d love to hear from you.
