Job description

Unseen is an award-winning future talent partner, powering HR and TA teams globally to transform how they attract, assess, hire and develop people at scale.

The Group's Talent Solutions team is growing quickly, managing and delivering recruitment programmes and candidate engagement events for enterprise employers, particularly across early careers and emerging talent hiring.

Reports to: Senior Demand Generation Manager

Location: Remote, London preferred

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Exectutive to deliver campaigns that build awareness, generate demand and create qualified leads for the Talent Solutions arm of the business.

Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll turn agreed marketing priorities into coordinated digital activity. You'll build and launch campaigns, manage day-to-day delivery, monitor performance and use what you find to improve the next campaign.

Your focus will be marketing our talent solutions to employers, including talent acquisition, HR and early careers leaders. This is a B2B marketing role, rather than a role delivering candidate-attraction campaigns for client recruitment programmes.

You'll need a broad, practical skill set and the confidence to move between a variety of channels and campaign delivery methods, such as email, paid, social, webinars, landing pages and reporting. You'll understand how to adapt campaigns to different buying personas, and how to use CRM tools to target and engage these segments. You'll work closely with our content, sales enablement and Talent Solutions colleagues, drawing on their expertise to communicate Unseen's complex services clearly.

Experience in recruitment marketing, talent solutions or a related sector is strongly preferred. We're also interested in people who have marketed complex B2B or professional services and can demonstrate how their work supported commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign delivery and demand generation
  • Translate agreed campaign priorities into practical execution, with clear audiences, messages, channels, timelines and measures of success.
  • Build, launch and optimise integrated campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and qualified enquiries from employers.
  • Deliver activity across email, paid search/social and organic social, using the channels most relevant to each campaign.
  • Build segmented email campaigns and nurture journeys that help prospects understand our services and progress towards a sales conversation.
  • Support the campaign roll-out of new services and propositions, using positioning and brand direction agreed by the senior team.
  • Manage campaign schedules and allocated spend, keeping delivery on track.
Digital content, website and conversion
  • Write and adapt clear campaign copy for emails, adverts, social posts and landing pages, tailoring copy for different audiences and following Unseen's tone of voice.
  • Support with the creation and maintenance of relevant sales enablement assets relating to the Talent Solutions service line.
  • Work with the Content Manager and experts across the business to turn practical insight, client evidence and service knowledge into useful campaign material.
  • Build and maintain campaign landing pages, forms and relevant service content within our CMS and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate campaign promotion and follow-up for webinars and events with the Sales Enablement & Event Marketing Lead.
Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' demonstrable experience delivering marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • A broad, hands-on skill set across email marketing, event marketing, paid digital activity, social content, website publishing and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with HubSpot, particularly in building campaigns, segmentation, workflows and nurture journeys.
  • Strong writing skills and the confidence to translate company messaging, complex services and Tone of Voice guidance into compelling campaign materials and marketing copy.
  • The ability to think creatively and contribute to department-wide ideas and campaign planning.
  • Some practical experience with paid advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
  • Confidence working with analytics and campaign data to identify useful improvements.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate several campaigns and stakeholders.
  • The judgement to work independently within an agreed plan and recognise when specialist input or approval is needed.
Strongly preferred
  • Experience marketing recruitment services, talent solutions, or related professional services.
  • An understanding of employer buying decisions and longer B2B sales cycles. Experience in candidate attraction or employer branding is also valuable.
  • Familiarity with early careers, high-volume hiring or the priorities of talent acquisition and HR teams.
  • Experience promoting webinars, developing account-focused campaigns or working closely with sales teams.
