Job summary

Headliners Recruitment is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support a broad range of activities, from digital content and email campaigns to PR, social media, branding and events. You will be hands-on, bringing ideas to life and collaborating across channels.

This role rewards variety and initiative, with opportunities to influence campaigns, develop skills in CRM, content creation and event management, and to contribute across our marketing mix.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing or marketing communications role.
• Strong writing, proofreading and organisational skills.
• An understanding of digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Zoho, and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging marketing content, blogs, newsletters and press releases.
• Supporting email campaigns, CRM activity and lead‑nurturing journeys.
• Managing social media content and monitoring campaign performance.
• Maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
