Searchability® is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a fashion brand in Cheshire. You''ll work across email campaigns, content creation, photoshoots and product launches in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The role blends CRM and broader marketing support with hands-on involvement in shoots, briefs and competitive research. A creative eye for fashion and strong organisational skills are essential, with Fridays from home as part of a 4-day onsite pattern.

• A genuine interest in fashion and a creative eye for content and imagery.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with a willingness to handle routine admin tasks.
• Flexible approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
• Interest in learning skills across CRM and wider marketing channels.
• CRM or email marketing exposure is useful, though prior specialist experience isn’t required.

Mansioni

• Support CRM and email marketing activity, including building emails, audience segments and updating flows.
• Assist with UGC activity, briefs, shoots and research plus competitor analysis.
• Contribute to launch preparation and support marketing activity across channels.
• Balance creative work with administrative duties and day-to-day support as priorities shift.
