Job summary

NORTHERN BL°C is seeking a Marketing & Events Exec to support the delivery of marketing and events activity across the organization. The role covers events, POS, logistics and day-to-day marketing operations, acting as the operational link between marketing, sales, warehouse and external partners to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.

This hands-on role owns the detail of events, assets and activations, enabling brand focus and growth with practical, solutions‑driven execution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, logistics and marketing assets.
• Able to liaise with warehouse, suppliers and external partners.
• Proficient in creating and executing on-site POS and campaign materials.
• Strong administrative support and procurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the master event schedule and calendar.
• Coordinate full event logistics including stock, transport, access and timings.
• Prepare, pack and organise all event kit and materials.
• Liaise with warehouse to ensure stock and assets are ready.
• Ensure all consumables (samples, POS, uniforms, etc.) are stocked ahead of events.
• Coordinate delivery, install, derig and return of event equipment.
• Liaise with external event partners on requirements and logistics.
• Occasionally provide on-site support including setup and engaging with potential customers.
• Assist sales team on site with brand representation and product storytelling.
• Post-event follow-up, returns and stock reconciliation.
• Support team with H&S information requests from event organisers.
