Job summary

ST TALENT LTD is seeking an experienced Events & Marketing Coordinator to plan, promote and deliver events from start to finish across Yorkshire. The role also covers marketing asset creation, social media promotion, supplier liaison and day-of-event support.

You will handle customer enquiries, order processing, website updates and general administration, enjoying variety and taking ownership across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events coordination or management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver seasonal events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Take ownership of events from initial planning to delivery.
• Create event marketing materials and promotional content using Canva.
• Develop and manage social media content to promote events.
• Handle event communications, bookings and customer enquiries.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external partners.
• Coordinate event logistics and support on the day.
• Update website content and event information.
• Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Maintain spreadsheets and administrative records.
• Support day-to-day running of the business.
