Job summary

NORTHERN BLOC is a fast-growing ice cream brand in the UK. This hands-on role supports marketing and events delivery, ensuring smooth execution across events, POS, logistics, and day-to-day marketing operations.

You will coordinate with marketing, sales, warehouse, and external partners to keep activity on time, on brand and within budget. The role requires strong organisation, proactive communication, and willingness to travel to events.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to events and client sites.
• Experience coordinating logistics and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master event schedule and calendar.
• Coordinate event logistics including stock, transport, access, and timings.
• Prepare, pack and organise event kit and materials.
• Liaise with warehouse to ensure stock and assets are ready for events.
• Ensure consumables (samples, POS, uniforms) are stocked ahead of events.
• Coordinate delivery, install, derig and returns of equipment.
• Support on-site at events and assist with brand storytelling.
