We are looking for a proactive and culturally aware Event Intern to support the planning and execution of creative, cross-cultural events and brand activations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with event proposals, action plans, and on-site coordination
• Supporting media outreach and influencer (KOL) engagement
• Coordinating logistics, supplier communication, and production timelines
• Contributing to bilingual communications, marketing content, and post-event reporting

Ideal candidate profile:

• Has a background or strong interest in the arts, culture, and creative industries
• Understands media, fashion, and social trends, with strong visual and cultural sensitivity
• Demonstrates business awareness and can connect creative work with audience and market needs
• Has strong research and execution ability, and can adapt quickly to new formats and industries
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with social media platforms and influencer networks
