Job summary

Scrumbles is hiring a hands-on Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities across the UK and Europe. You will work with the Content Manager, E-commerce Lead and team to refresh content, launch campaigns and keep our online presence looking its best.

You will engage with pet-loving communities, help with influencer outreach and track performance across channels, while keeping tasks well-organised in a fast-moving team. A can-do attitude and curiosity are essential.

• Good writing and communication skills, with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Shopify and Brandbank content aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Assist campaigns and product launches, set up promotions and landing pages.
• Support email and paid digital campaigns, including uploads and checks before going live.
• Monitor website experience; identify SEO, user journey and conversion improvements.

Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing activities across the UK and Europe. Working closely with our Content Manager, E-commerce Lead and wider team, you'll help keep our online presence looking its best, bring campaigns to life, engage with our pet-loving community and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied role for someone who loves getting stuck in, has a great eye for detail and enjoys making things happen.

What You'll Be DoingE-commerce & Digital Marketing

• Keep our online presence across Shopify and Brandbank accurate and up to date, refreshing content and creatives in line with our marketing calendar.
• Help bring campaigns and product launches to life, setting up promotions, landing pages and website updates.
• Support email and paid digital campaigns, from creative uploads and setup to final checks before going live.
• Keep an eye on our website experience, spotting issues and opportunities to improve SEO, customer journeys and conversion.

Social Media & Community

• Manage day-to-day community engagement through Sprout Social, responding to comments and messages in our Scrumbles tone of voice.
• Get involved in pet-loving communities, sparking conversations and building brand love.
• Monitor and respond to Trustpilot and Google reviews, flagging customer feedback and opportunities to improve.
• Support content scheduling and help source brilliant user-generated content.

Influencers, Ambassadors & PR

• Help run our ambassador programme across UK and Europe, from communications and product redemptions to content tracking and usage rights.
• Coordinate influencer and agency outreach, gifting and campaign activity.
• Discover and connect with relevant creators, bloggers and publishers to grow brand awareness across the UK and Europe.
• Track partnerships, coverage and results, celebrating wins and spotting new opportunities.

Reporting & Brand Support

• Track marketing performance, spotting trends, wins and opportunities.
• Keep an eye on competitors and bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the table.
• Keep marketing activity organised and on track, getting stuck into exciting projects along the way.

We're looking for someone who's full of initiative, brilliantly organised and excited to learn. You'll love getting stuck in, have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-moving team where no two days are quite the same.
