Job description

Refined Networks offers the technology, logistics and ecommerce expertise to enable brands to launch and scale on the world’s biggest online marketplaces.

Since 2021, we've partnered with 100+ brands to launch on leading online platforms like Nordstrom, Macy’s, John Lewis, Next and Zalando. Our global 3PLs also provide direct-to-consumer and wholesale fulfilment capabilities, offering a holistic cross-border solution for improved customer experiences and reduced operational costs.

Headquartered in London with a global team, we have grown rapidly in the past 12 months, and we’re now looking for a Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to support the delivery of best‑in‑class brand execution on marketplaces.

About the role

Our new Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator will help coordinate and create marketing assets and content, manage seasonal and trading updates on key marketplaces, and support reporting and insight to drive performance for our brand partners.

Brand marketing support

  • Create and maintain slide decks to communicate minimum requirements and ecommerce best practices for brands onboarding to new platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather and organise brand assets, ensuring they are delivered on time to support new launches, campaigns and seasonal moments
  • Support creation and adaptation of assets and content (copy, imagery, banners, size guides) to meet marketplace requirements and brand guidelines
  • Present paid media opportunities to brands and manage account set‑up and coordination as required
  • Oversee seasonal changes for brand pages on key marketplaces, ensuring new collections are correctly represented
  • Align with internal team on brand launch timelines to support B2B marketing campaigns

Digital trading support

  • Monitor brand launches for new brands going live on marketplaces and conduct digital launch summaries
  • Manage and share brand product nominations for on‑site placements, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow‑up with marketplace contacts
  • Conduct site walks to proactively identify optimisation and organic marketing opportunities to share with internal teams and brands
  • Prepare and input data into site walk assessments for onboarding new brands

Reporting & performance

  • Maintain a central digital site walk document, tracking each platform’s focus areas and shared metrics, to keep internal teams up to date
  • Download and organise digital performance metrics from marketplace platforms to support brand success teams in their reporting and inform strategic actions
  • Coordinate timelines, trackers and basic documentation for marketing and digital initiatives
  • Monitor performance marketing metrics where relevant and contribute to reporting
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a similar coordination role
  • Experience working with online marketplaces or ecommerce platforms is strongly preferred
  • Good understanding of marketing and ecommerce metric basics: ROAS, conversion rate, impressions, CTR
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple brands, platforms and deadlines at once
  • High attention to detail when checking pages, content, data and reports
  • Confident using Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for data and reporting
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external marketplace/brand contacts
  • Proactive, hands‑on and happy to get into the detail of sites, pages and reports

Nice to have

  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Exposure to performance marketing or onsite marketing on marketplaces
  • Agency management experience (briefing, chasing deliverables, checking outputs)

Location: Victoria, London (2-3 days in office)
