MacGregor Black are partnering with a premium consumer goods brand to recruit a Marketing Director based in Greater Manchester. This senior leadership role will shape brand strategy, drive growth and unite brand, campaigns, digital and customer activity across touchpoints.

You will lead a fast-paced marketing team, partner with commercial, digital and product stakeholders, and use data to sharpen proposition and creative standards while delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles, with a track record of growing premium consumer brands.
• Strong ability to connect brand activity to commercial results.
• Experience across multi-channel marketing including digital, PR and partnerships.
• Comfortable leading teams and shaping marketing processes to scale growth.
• Data-driven decision making and reporting to inform priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall marketing strategy across brand, campaign, PR, partnerships, content and customer engagement.
• Develop a clear, consistent brand narrative across all channels and touchpoints.
• Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring activity is joined up and commercially relevant.
• Improve creative quality and campaign execution across digital, retail, social and PR.
• Deliver product, seasonal and brand campaigns that support awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with senior commercial, digital, product and finance stakeholders to align marketing with business priorities.
• Use data and insight to guide decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Lead, develop and shape the marketing team to ensure structure, pace and accountability.
• Manage external agency and partner relationships to secure strong creative delivery and value.
