Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking an ambitious Marketing Director for a high-growth technology-led business operating across AI, data, automation and digital transformation. You will own the marketing strategy across multiple service lines and geographies, reporting to the CRO and collaborating with CEO, Sales and Product.

You will build a data-driven demand engine, lead ABM for enterprise customers, unify brand across acquisitions and drive AI-enabled marketing to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B technology marketing experience.
• Proven demand generation delivering pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on AI tools integration in marketing activities.
• Experience leading marketing through M&A integration and GTM alignment.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes.
• Strong ABM, digital marketing, content, SEO, paid media and automation.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with ROI measurement.
• Experience across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in PE-backed, high-growth or buy-and-build environment.

Responsibilities
