Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to own the marketing function, lead the in-house team and set a multi-channel strategy that drives growth across the business. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across PPC, SEO, CRM, email, affiliate, social, PR and content to attract customers and scale revenue.

You will work with external agencies, collaborate with UX, Content and Digital Media teams, and foster an entrepreneurial, fast-moving approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRM/email, affiliate and paid social.
• Commercial mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall digital marketing strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead, support and develop the in-house marketing team.
• Manage external agencies and ensure value and results.
• Oversee channels including PPC, SEO, email, affiliate, social and PR.
