Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to own the marketing function, lead the team and set a growth-focused strategy across PPC, SEO, CRM, email, affiliate, social, PR and content. You will work with the UX and Digital Media teams to improve the customer journey, drive conversions and support the company's international expansion, testing ideas and new channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall digital marketing strategy and ensure it delivers growth objectives.
• Lead, support and develop the in-house marketing team.
• Manage external agencies and ensure value and results.
• Oversee PPC, SEO, email, affiliate, social and PR channels.
• Collaborate with UX, Content and Digital Media to improve the customer journey and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to reach customers and grow revenue across markets.
• Bring fresh ideas and test new channels and approaches.
• Use data and customer insight to understand performance and inform decisions.
• Own marketing performance reporting and link activity to commercial outcomes.
• Support international growth and build marketing capability for scale.
