Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is seeking a creative Marketing & Design Assistant for a fast-paced tech company in south Leeds. You will support social content, email campaigns, and AI-assisted design, with Canva and WordPress updates.

Hybrid role in a close-knit team requires at least 2 years in Marketing & Design, strong communication, and an eye for detail to back campaigns, reporting and market research while you develop new skills.

Formación

• 2 years minimum of Marketing & Design experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Working knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience using Canva and AI design tools would be beneficial
• Some experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and website content
• Experience using WordPress or similar CMS, including basic updates

Responsabilidades

• Manage and use AI design software to create a range of marketing materials
• Support the creation of graphics, recruitment materials
• Take ownership of social media planning and scheduling
• Create engaging social media content to support campaigns
• Monitor social media performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
• Support website updates
• Support planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results
• Support lead generation campaigns and customer communications
• Conduct regular market and competitor research
• Support copywriting, proofreading, and editing marketing collateral

Working with a fast-paced Tech based company with offices in south Leeds who are looking to expand their Marketing function. We are looking for a creative, and enthusiastic Marketing & Design Assistant, this varied role will involve a wide range of marketing activity from social media to email campaigns to competitor research! Playing a key part in the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activity, you will work within a close-knit team where you can develop further. This is a varied role and will involve;

• Manage and use AI design software to create a range of marketing materials
• Support the creation of graphics, recruitment materials
• Take ownership of social media planning and scheduling
• Create engaging social media content to support campaigns
• Monitor social media performance, producing regular reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
• Support website updates
• support the planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results
• Support the delivery of lead generation campaigns and customer communications
• Conduct regular market and competitor research
• Support the team with copywriting, proofreading, and editing marketing collateral
