Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is assisting a fast-paced Tech company in south Leeds to expand its Marketing function. We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic Marketing & Design Assistant. This varied role covers social media, email campaigns and competitor research, with hybrid working options.

You will use Canva and AI design tools, Photoshop and Illustrator, and manage WordPress CMS. The role involves content creation, copywriting and campaign support.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years minimum of Marketing & Design experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience using Canva and AI design tools would be beneficial.
• Some practical experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and website content.
• Experience using WordPress or similar CMS, including making basic website updates.

• Take ownership of social media planning and scheduling
• Create engaging social media content to support campaigns
• Monitor social media performance, producing regular reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement

• Support the planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results
• Support the delivery of lead generation campaigns and customer communications

We are looking for a creative, and enthusiastic Marketing & Design Assistant, this varied role will involve a wide range of marketing activity from social media to email campaigns to competitor research! Playing a key part in the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activity, you will work within a close-knit team where you can develop further. This is a varied role and will involve;
