Job summary

CTR Select in Windsor is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join an established team. The role is office-based and runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with responsibilities across creating marketing materials and coordinating campaigns.

You will manage social media, update website content with external agencies, and support digital campaigns while liaising with design and web teams to meet deadlines. Strong design skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing or marketing executive role.
• Good design skills and experience creating professional marketing materials and visual content.
• Experience using graphic design software, ideally Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling content.
• A good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for visual presentation.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing events, new location launches and promotional activity.
• Produce press releases and identify PR opportunities.
• Work with HR and Recruitment teams on recruitment marketing campaigns and materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Ensure all marketing communications are accurate and consistent with brand guidelines.

The Opportunity

Based in Windsor, this is primarily an office-based position, with occasional travel to other locations for events, photoshoots and meetings.
