Muzz is the world’s largest dating and marriage app for Muslims. We’re looking for a smart and ambitious data analyst with entrepreneurial flair to join our Data Science team and help us understand our members and the metrics that matter.

You’ll own reporting, build dashboards, and work with product managers, engineers, and UX to generate insights for product and marketing. This is a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover in London, with equity and a fast-growing team.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional analytics experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to optimise queries for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work flexibly, stay organised and prioritise requests.
• Collaborative work in cross-functional teams; design support for data models.

Responsabilidades

• Join a dynamic data team to grow the company and optimize products as we expand into new markets.
• Understand user behavior on the app to generate actionable insights for product and marketing.
• Own reporting; set up and maintain dashboards to assess KPIs and enable self-service.
• Provide analytical support across the product development lifecycle from opportunity to strategy and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, mobile and backend engineers, and UX.
• Provide training of business users to maximize BI tool usage.
