The ideal candidate has 6+ years in marketing data science, fluency with analytics tools and modeling methods, and proven ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing data science experience in a media agency or in-house marketing organization.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to tailor data-driven insights to different audiences.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and modeling methods (MMM, causal lift, Bayesian approaches).

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Data Science, prioritizing high-impact opportunities with partners.
• Establish goals and measurement approaches for attribution, ROI, and campaign performance; deliver insights to improve marketing investment.
• Lead and develop the team’s capabilities in performance marketing, brand marketing, and user insights; build self-service dashboards and scalable data models.
