Job summary

Westcotts Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers in Exeter seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the team in a full-time, permanent role. You will support a busy marketing team, help run campaigns, events and communications from our Exeter office, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The role offers hybrid working and opportunities across marketing disciplines, with responsibilities spanning events, digital marketing, design, social media and communications.

Qualifications

• Administrative, marketing or customer-facing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Interest in marketing, events or communications.
• Willingness to learn new systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team and ensure activity runs smoothly.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and mailing lists.
• Plan and deliver client events, seminars and webinars including logistics and attendee lists.
• Assist with website updates and basic content uploads using the CMS.
• Support social media scheduling and monitoring under guidance from the team.
• Help organise and track marketing budgets, invoices and supplier orders.
• Liaise with external suppliers and venues for events and campaigns.
• Support sponsorship, community engagement and CSR initiatives.
