Job summary

Growing Solutions UK & Ireland, a well-established turf and amenity sector company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Henstridge (BA8). This role focuses on content creation, events and marketing execution across digital channels, supporting both Turf & Landscape and the GreenBest brand.

You will coordinate campaigns with internal stakeholders, manage calendars, assist sales with collateral, and help launch products while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing content across digital channels including social media, email campaigns and CRM.
• Develop engaging marketing materials such as copy, graphics and video content.
• Maintain content calendars and support planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns.
• Coordinate and deliver events, exhibitions, trade shows and webinars.
• Provide marketing support to sales through collateral, campaign coordination and distributor initiatives.
• Support product launches and brand marketing with consistent messaging.
• Manage marketing assets, supplier relationships and operational delivery of activities.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners and global teams for local & international strategies.
• Assist website updates, SEO initiatives and use of digital tools to boost performance.

The Opportunity

The role focuses on content creation, event delivery and marketing execution across the companies Growing Solutions UK & Ireland, supporting both the Turf & Landscape business and its associated GreenBest brand. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate campaigns across digital channels, social media, events and sales support, working collaboratively with colleagues and internal stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and manage marketing content across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and CRM platforms.
• Develop engaging marketing materials, including copy, graphics, video content, and campaign communications.
• Maintain content calendars and support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and deliver events, exhibitions, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide marketing support to sales teams through the creation of collateral, campaign coordination, product communications, and distributor marketing initiatives.
• Support product launches and brand marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels.
• Manage marketing assets, promotional materials, supplier relationships, and operational processes to ensure the effective delivery of marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and global marketing teams to align and execute local and international marketing strategies.
• Support website updates, SEO initiatives, and the use of digital and AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and campaign performance.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field (e.g. CIM, diploma, certificate), or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and events
• Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to support a broad range of marketing activity
• Able to attend/travel to events, trade shows and marketing meetings

Desirable

• Experience in B2B marketing environments
• Exposure to turf, landscape or related technical sectors
